The villa, which dates back to 2001, will be rented out for the first time this year (2021) after a change of ownership.

in a quiet location between extensive vineyards of the Pay d'Oc, the romantic Canal-du-Midi and the extensive sandy beaches of the Longuedoc-Roussillon.
The garden with heated pool invites its guests
The house has a terrace of 60 m2, half-covered. It opens onto the garden with a magnificent view of the 10m x 5m swimming pool. To extend the swimming season, the pool is heated from the beginning of March to the end of October (longer on request).
The open atmosphere begins in the entrance area
The spacious entrance area with fully equipped guest bathroom welcomes you with its open atmosphere. From here, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms with garden and pool views and a shower room. On the ground floor, the hallway area opens to a large living and dining room from which you access the terrace via three sets of French doors. The living area flows into a separate eat-in kitchen with its own terrace access. A storage and utility room with washing machine and dryer is accessible from the kitchen.
A living/dining room to feel good in
A large, very bright living room opens along its entire length via 3 doors to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It offers a living and dining area and is approx. 50 m2 in size. A leather set invites you to linger and relax in nice company.
A spacious and functional eat-in kitchen
The spacious fitted kitchen with its central island offers approx. 30 m2 of space for every need. Cooker with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, built-in oven and microwave (all NEFF appliances) as well as a large side-by-side refrigerator are available. There is also direct access from the kitchen to the terrace with pool view. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the large living room.
The bedrooms
The house offers enough space for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and built-in closet. There is a television in each of two rooms.
Three good sanitary facilities for the big family
In addition, there are three spacious bathrooms (shower baths), one of which on the ground floor level can function as a guest bathroom. Each bathroom has a double washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower and is also equipped with a floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe.
